Our multi axis portable milling equipment has been designed specifically for milling motor pads, joint faces, seating faces, beams, columns, internal & external keyways, frames, bedplates, casings, heat exchanger partition plates and diesel engine entablatures & bedplates.

With our modular equipment design we can make use of a combination of milling & grinding spindles, slides, baseplates and rails, configured to provide a diverse range of precision milling services to a high degree of accuracy achieving tolerances set out by OEM’s.

Machines can be fixed to the work piece by utilising existing bolt holes, drilling and tapping of new bolt holes, tack welding or magnetic bases. Specially manufactured base plates to suit each individual application can be made for each job to ultilise the most effective way of clamping our portable machining equipment to the component.
The modular construction of our portable milling machines, combined with a combination of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic power drive options and our capacity to adapt all equipment, allows us to cater for the most demanding of site milling projects. This coupled with highly skilled and motivated technicians with the ability to travel worldwide allows major components to remain on-site and in place whilst repaired or modified.
